I’m Dr. Ashley Shulski, a licensed clinical social worker and trauma therapist. I provide trauma-informed consultation, professional guidance, and education for clinicians and organizations, alongside my clinical practice for adult survivors of complex trauma at Harbor Light Counseling. My work centers on creating safe, steady, and respectful spaces for professional growth and learning.

My work centers on creating spaces where healing, learning, and professional growth can unfold gently, safely, and respectfully. I also maintain my clinical practice, Harbor Light Counseling AZ, which offers therapy for adult survivors of complex trauma.

My work integrates trauma-informed care, attachment theory, family systems, and nervous-system-informed approaches. I am committed to making complex trauma treatment accessible, ethical, and sustainable for both clients and clinicians.

I offer consultation and supervision for clinicians, agencies, and organizations seeking to integrate trauma-informed care into practice. Services include:

  • Trauma-informed training for clinicians and teams

  • Case consultation for complex trauma clients

  • Support for implementing evidence-based practices such as CPT, EMDR, parts work
